Great service and great location

Liked: Location is perfect for attending a TSO concert. The room was very comfortable and the view excellent (Rm 1816)
Disliked: In our room the body wash was as far from the shower head as possible. Ridiculous. There is quite a bit of street noise, even on the 18th floor. It will be intolerable if the stadium is built.

Liked: Location, gym, water stations. Hotel was in a great location and staff were very helpful. Hotel had a great vibe to it
Disliked: The view from our room was of air conditioners. The bed wasn’t very comfy. Our room didn’t have a microwave.

Disliked: The temperature in the rooms is too hot. Air conditioner only allowed you to decrease a minimal amount & even this was much to hot

Liked: The location was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, very comfortable rooms and clean .
Disliked: It’s time to update the bathrooms with walk in showers. Over the bath showers are a safety issue for many older folks.
