Liked: Close to St Andrew’s Hospital and Wickham Terrace specialists

Comfortable and great value

Liked: Lovely clean modern room with a good amount of space. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Very kind and responsive staff
Disliked: Whilst there was a water station on the floor it would have been helpful to put a bottle or carafe in the room so we could refill glasses. It was winter but if the pool was a bit warmer we would have gotten in.

Liked: Superb breakfast. Nice idea to reward "green" room cleaning with a voucher.
Disliked: Breakfast plates etc: too efficient! As a single guest, I would go to toaster. Return, and my tea, used plate and cutlery all gone, when I wanted to use them again.

Fair place with good location

Liked: It's a fair hotel. A bit aged but fair. It's not awesome, but if I need it again, I will stay there. The location is very good.
Disliked: Some parts of the room weren't in good condition in the finishings...I'm refurbishing, so maybe I'm too critical of it.
