Bring a very long EV...
Liked: Location is good if you ignore some of the somewhat unsavoury aspects of the neighbourhood. No charge for EV charging once you could get access to the EV bay.
Disliked: Inconsiderate sods who continually parked petrol vehicles in the two EV charging bays in the parking garage. Duty Managers accepted this as the norm and "beyond our control". No thought to wheel clamping or towing inappropriately parked vehicles. Despite having to provide a Rego on arrival, they couldn't identify offenders... made a joke of advertising EV Charging facilities.
