Disliked: Hidden fee’s and costs not listed in any of the room description, was made to pay room bond x3 times for reasons the hotel couldn’t disclose with me, stayed on the 12th floor and the window did not have an open restriction cable or bar on it (see pictures below) was told by staff to “just keep it closed and use the aircon instead”0/10 for safety…
