Great location, helpful staff

Liked: Great location in the heart of Granada. The hotel is clean, calm, and the staff is very helpful — ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay while exploring the city.
Disliked: The only downside was the absence of a fridge in the room.

Great value at a very...

Liked: Family room is incredible value: two adjacent big rooms (one with a big balcony) in a private penthouse with two bathrooms (outside the room but not shared with anyone else) ,comfy beds and great aircon in a very central (yet quiet) location. They provided great driving instructions and they have some unloading spots at the very door (parking is not included at the rate) and it is very close to the center of the city.
Disliked: Staff in reception was not very welcoming but was professional and efficient. There is no breakfast (but there are plenty of opportunities) and amenities are very basic. Nothing wrong with that for a budget hotel.Rooms are also basic with no fridge in the room.

Disliked: The breakfast is missing but there is a coffee shop in front of the hotel which was very good
