Pretty good place
Liked: Good clean place. Kindly gave me early check-in since my flight landed early. Bathroom was very spacious. All linens and towels spotless
Disliked: Breakfast is not so good. Charged half day rent for late checkout

Very good
Liked: Good value for money, good ventilation and air condition, the bed is comfortable. The location is very nice, right near a bus station and a metro station.
Disliked: There is no free drinking water, the front desk staff at night does not understand much English. The cabinet is not clean, there is some dust in it. Sound insulation is not good.

Liked: Location is not central but good to move around thanks to the proximity to the metro station (Legazpi). Room were clean and spacious. Check in and check out was smooth and simple.
Disliked: Some people of our group lamented the noise (they could hear loud noises from other rooms and the elevator). A better isolation would be recommended.
