Loved this hotel for the...

Liked: The staff so nice and helpful. Loved that our rooms were always cleaned everyday after we returned to our room. Also, we got the turndown service with chocolate on the side of the bed, was so thoughtful.
Disliked: The pool, didn’t like that it was surrounded by buildings & no sun so it was cold & isolated.

Disliked: The shower of room 46 had a serious leakage problem and while taking a shower , the whole badroom flooded
