Liked: I specifically asked for a quiet room as my hearing is extremely sensitive having CV F even with ear plugs. Our room was possibly in the noisiest position on the corner overlooking all the road junctions. I awoke at 3am with the traffic and wad awake all night. For a hotel of that size and standard the only lounge area was in the entrance opposite the reception, ie the lobby! Not comfortable. When Icould not get WiFi before 2.00 to cancel the second night they took pay for 2 nights and said only booking. Com could refund or give voucher ac I had booked it with them. Now booking com say they contacted the hotel and they said they would not refund anything. I am NOT happy with this as have alway used booking.com but maybe never sgsin. It was not mu fault I could not get WiFi and when I spoke to you the woman said they would check with hotel I had not stayed and refund the second night you now say you will not I will take this further.
