It was ok, but I...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: No one was is the reception all the time, therefore it caused some problems. On arrival, I couldn’t get inside until some guests kindly let me in. Also, after the check out, I left my baggage at the hotel and I was rocked out, so I couldn’t get back my luggage easily. This time, other guests also helped me.

Disliked: Nobody in reception upon checkin.

Good place for good price

Liked: Perfect location, the S-Bahn is just across the street. You can access restaurants and groceries just 5 minutes from the hotel. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great staff. Would highly recommend.

Liked: My friend left without paying. The staff were very understanding and contacted both of us before they charged my card and didn't charge an admin fee. They also let him leave his bike at the hotel for a couple of days whilst he visited another city.
Disliked: Nothing.
