Great location, lovely hotel

Liked: Location very near Marienplatz is fantastic. So convenient and lots to see/do around the hotel. Room was lovely. Spacious and very clean. Staff very friendly

Liked: good quite location, nice staff and good breakfast. good value for money.

Was ok

Liked: The rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel is a bit old, located quite close to the city hall. Many nice restaurants near.
Disliked: We arrive to the hotel after 6:00 pm, the reception was closed and I didn’t received any code for the door, we rang but nobody answered, we had to call and an upset guy came to open, was not welcoming at all, scolded me because I didn’t have the email with the door code.

Liked: Good location, warm, quaint lift. Good breakfast nice staff. Good key safe for initial entry.
Disliked: Annoyed at Description of charming hotel!! No where to sit in evening with friends other than small room! The pictures lie! A small area next to reception with no light so un inviting. There was a kettle in room but take ur own tea bags. It was more like student accommodation very small rooms hardly get around bed!. For 3 star towels thin and tatty. Cracked sink and socket hanging out of hole.That said it was clean almost too hot in rooms. Shower height built for a giant but plenty of hot water with good pressure.
