Liked: The lobby and reception areas.It's a classic hotel, you will love it if you are old fashioned Ask for a front view room, the back yard is awful.
Disliked: The wood furnishings are old and fragmented because they probably had water infiltrations. I collected a hand full of dust from the long wide crack in the board above the window. This is the part they do not show in the photos.The place should probably be closed for sanitary reasons.

Liked: The location is ok, it is centrally located near Plaza España but on a side street that some people would find less than desirable.
Disliked: The hotel rooms and hallways are badly in need of repair and refurbishing. Not anywhere near a 4 star standard. The lobby and public areas were clean and nice but the room was not. Upholstery was dirty and stained, sheets were threadbare and mattress was very old and lumpy. Rooms were not cleaned until late in the day and without much care. There was a coffee machine in the room and pods were provided the first day but if you are staying more than one night you need to go to the front desk and buy them if you want coffee in the room. Water pressure in the bathroom was dismal and the shower temperature would randomly change from cold to hot and back. I would not recommend this hotel until they had done some upgrading.

Liked: Breackfast very good,a variety a food,juice,coffee,everything.You could ask fore more if uou liked something special.
Disliked: When I arrived they mistook my room,i received an uncleaned and unprepared room but after my phone they changed it with another room
