Great staff!

Liked: We were greeted very well on arrival at reception by a charming person who, to top it all off, spoke perfect French!Our stay almost went completely wrong due to the intransigence and total lack of listening of an employee assigned to 'customer service'. Fortunately, her colleague Johanna handled the situation brilliantly and with perfect empathy. I can't thank you enough, Johanna!I'd also like to mention the professionalism and attention we received from Cecilia and Anika during our last breakfast on the 29th floor. The view is great, and the staff even better (except for 1 who should perhaps think about changing jobs...).

Disappointing

Liked: The location is good. It’s worth it only for the pool. Also the breakfast is good. Nothing special but good.
Disliked: It was really cold in the night in the room. The rooms are really small. Not like in the pictures. The price for one night it’s really too much comparing to the facilities. A big problem we had it was the parking. They gave us a paper with the location without explaining us exactly where to park. In the day with the check out, we had 2 fines for the parking. That costs 1200kr. Also they putted us to pay the parking 300kr. When we came back to solve the problem the only solution was to give us back 300kr. So we still have to pay 900kr for parking because their mistake.
