Fabulous hotel we cannot wait...
Liked: Everything about this hotel was exceptional especially the staff they were all so friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The rooms were fabulously decorated and made up. Cleaned and furnished to a very high standard and had everything you needed and more. Loved the decorated happy anniversary plate with the chocolate strawberries and fudge that was a cute touch. Breakfast was good , lots of options for continental and hot cooked breakfast , the coffees were great as were the freshly squeezed juice drinks. We cannot wait to return again. The only thing I was sad about is we forgot to go back to the hotel before we left to purchase an umbrella 🌂. Thank you to Samantha on reception for helping with our stay and upgrade.
Disliked: There is absolutely nothing not to like about this hotel.

Brilliant!
Liked: Very comfortable bed, room service, staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful, bath robe, great breakfast
Disliked: Would have been great to have slippers with the bath robe, quite a bit of noise of the street

Liked: Great location, really nice rooms. Looked just like the pictures we had seen online!
Disliked: Only complaint was that it took us a while to find reception as it wasn’t signposted and had no one to ask.

We had a great stay...
Liked: Almost Everything (see below)
Disliked: We had a lovely room but there were 2 small steps into the bed area. The room was presented lovely when we arrived with just one bedside light on. I only just saw them in time. At night in the dark my husband fell up them twice and worst fell down them once. Luckily he didn’t hurt himself but they were dangerous. Some sort of night light should be installed to warn you.

Liked: Excellent service, very attentive. Loved the little touch of the happy birthday plate in the room with fudge and strawberry. Immaculate hotel and great valet parking service.

Restful and luxurious
Liked: Very comfortable sleep; quiet, clean and lovely bed. Not something you expect to get in such a central city location.Staff were really accommodating when I ran into some issues during check in. Decor had very luxurious feel and felt reasonably priced compared to other hotels that I've stayed in at this calibre. Housekeeping were excellent, the place was spotless.
Disliked: It was not made clear enough to me that the card security payment would be withdrawn and then refunded - I got the impression from the wording 'pre authorisation' that a deferred payment would be set up, rather than a literal payment of ÂŁ100 per night. It would be useful to clarify this for people who aren't in a position to temporarily lose access to that amount of money!
