Friendly, clean, in CBD near...

Liked: Friendly, neat & clean pub accommodation with shared bathroom suited my brief stay. I was able to visit a sick friend, have a pub dinner with another, & stroll the waterfront to the Art Gallery. The gorgeous 1925 timber & iron lift is a boon for history buffs. Lovely! Thanks a mill.

My stay was incredible enjoyed...

Liked: The property was booked for my birthday the staff at the bistro was incredible, and helpful , even though our stay wasn’t pleasant due to the aircon being broken, Scott the general manager of the hotel got us two fans took it upstairs in our room on his day off, I’m absolutely grateful he went to make our stay a bit comfortable! Overall the cleaners and staff are excellent thank you so much from the bottom of my heart I will surely book it again but I’ll make sure the aircon working as I had 7 showers that night it was like a microwave oven
Disliked: The property was excellent it had a great atmosphere and I loved it apart from the aircon not working in our room

Nightmare

Disliked: A crazy deafening DJ music bar was on till 1:30 am just outside of the window (below the 2 levels (ground floor). The staff advised us to move to another room, where the noise is not that bad but no private bathroom. And we still have to pay the private bathroom price, which is double, just because then we can finally sleep with less noise. The loud and hot central air-conditioning operating system keeps running just outside the window.The fan was out of control while the air conditioner in the room was barely working. Nightmare!

Liked: It was great stay on my drive from Melb to Gold Coast. Staff were friendly, had the best Parma in a long time.My room was very comfortable, bathrooms were very clean. A bit of noise from patrons late at night, but it was Friday and nothing to worry about.Location is great, would stay again.
