Liked: Everything was quite ok, except breakfast
Disliked: No one at the reception informed me that the breakfast should be ordered and paid in advance, by 8.30 in the morning. So, I was not able to enjoy it coming to the canteen at 9.30.

Liked: The breakfast was very good with a huge selection.
Disliked: Except for the employee providing service during the breakfast the others made me feel like a burden and not welcome.I would have wished for better English skills of the employees.

Disappointing experience — issues with...

Disliked: I had a rather disappointing experience during my stay.There were visible stains on the towels, which is unacceptable for any level of accommodation.The Wi-Fi in the room did not work at all throughout my two-day stay. When I asked the receptionist for help, she responded dismissively, saying that if it worked for her, it should work for me as well. I requested someone to check the issue, but my request was rudely declined. No one ever came, and the Wi-Fi never worked.The same receptionist was consistently rude and unprofessional, both during check-in and later interactions.Additionally, Booking states that parking is available, but it is not made clear until one day before arrival that parking is actually paid, which feels misleading.Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this property based on the service and communication I received.

Liked: Very clean and nice, I had everything I needed. Very close to the airport. I had water in my room and the staff was very friendly. I liked this hotel!
Disliked: No A/C
