Liked: Location , room size and amenities in room , lighting was really thoughtful designer touches thru out. Super comfy bed .Even the maid service was exceptional. Breakfast superb too . Would highly recommend .
Disliked: Room tv was too small for the room size . All else was very good.

Disliked: Mattress needs to be replaced. There was a big divot on one side of the bed.

Liked: Central Location near the Tram, Mall, Restaurants esp Indian Vegetarian Food Options. Staff was Courteous, Hospitable and Welcoming .

Liked: Nicole from the Reception Desk was super friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right in front of Kafka's rotating head. While many tourists were gathering to watch it move every hour, we could watch it from our hotel window comfortably, especially at night when it was absolutely magical with a variety of changing colours. Many good restaurants are around, especially Cafe Louvre. Highly recommend this hotel!
