Best location, excellent facilities.

Liked: Very convenient location. The turning head art piece is in view from the room and right close to all the shopping centres. Also the restaurant where you get breakfast is the Italian restaurant from lunch to late... it is excellent!
Disliked: Very small room but cannot fault anything else.

Stylish hotel, excellent location

Liked: We loved the minimalist decor of the room and the palace which hosts the hotel—very stylish and conveniently located. Our room was pleasantly quiet and the bathroom was elegant and fit for purpose.
Disliked: The room wasn't quite as spacious as I expected—perfectly fine for London (or Florence) standards, but not nearly as big as a similarly-priced room we had in Vienna just the night before. The bathroom was indeed very stylish, but the shower head would need some attention from the maintenance team.

Liked: Very central location. Walkable to all parts of the historic centre including Prague Castle and even to the districts of Smichov, Vinohrady and Holešovice.Hotel staff very helpful and courteous. Modern and neat room with all the necessary amenities.
