Our stay in Ostende was...

Booking.com misleading clients

Liked: nothing
Disliked: We booked this hotel some time ago. The day we were to go to the Glenmore we received a text from Booking.com informing us they were changing us to the Hotel Bero as the Glenmore is closing for refurbishment. obviously to late to cancel. When we arrive in Ostend we could see that the Glenmore had been closed for some time.

Very pleasant

Liked: The hotel is situated close to the sea and the town center. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: The room was not very big, but this is no exception.

disaster

Disliked: Had to ask staff to cook more food on Saturday morning for breakfast Main gripe was locked out of hotel on Sunday evening was not told we had been booked into sister hotel for night could not get hold of any one on the phone only by chance went into hotel next door to see if they had any rooms was told you have been transfered to this hotel
