Liked: This hotel really took us by suprise. Located in a non-descript shopping district/ auto row just a few minutes from downtown Bassano del Grappa, it suited our needs perfectly. We were just passing thru and wanted a 1 night stay - found this fantastic property just off the freeway. Secure underground parking. Welcoming & friendly staff - not to mention one of the absolute best breakfast buffets we have ever seen. This Corporate / Business hotel features very large, clean, comfortable rooms. Very quiet at night with very large and comfortable beds. The A/C worked perfectly. A suprisingly excellent stay and a great value for the price. We will definitelyreturn!
Disliked: My only complaint is that I wish I had found this hotel sooner. I would have definitely stayed longer. ;)

Nice Hotel, but restaurant closed...

Liked: Safe parking for motorbikes and cars in the garage with direct access to hotel and rooms. Nice and clean Hotel with big double bed. We had a room with balcony and the terasse was huge!
Disliked: Restaurant of Hotel is closed on Sundays ☹️ and so are the restaurants in walking distance. We had to drive to the city downtown area to find a place for dinner, or you could walk 45 min.

Superb

Liked: Comfortable and quiet room, perfectly clean, good airco. Friendly and professional receptionists. In reality the room looks better than in the pictures.
Disliked: Walking to the station/center of Bassano is 30 to 40 minutes. Detail: some more fruit/vegetables on the breakfast would be nice.

Disliked: Air conditioning was not working nor consistent. I had to change rooms during a weeklong stay there, after a new room finally opened up.

Liked: Very very kind staff, friendly and nice man on the reception. Overall the hotel is nice.
Disliked: Unfortunately the breakfast is from 08:00, for business travelers this is a bit late.The parking is free but limited at the front of the hotel, there are other payment options not too far from the entrance.
