Exceptional

Liked: So clean and staff are really friendly,nice and close to the city
Disliked: The kitchens could do with more items,forks etc,only 2 forks were in the whole kitchen,hard to eat as a family without forks lolAnd oven trays,no oven tray to put items on to cook them only wire racks

Exceptional location, clean, cozy and...

Liked: The location is exceptional. Right in the city centre, a stone throw (literally) from Hagley park and the Arts centre, yet so quiet at night. The views were amazing. On top of that we were upgraded into the most amazing suite! Thank you so much for that!Very clean and cozy, really more anyone can ask for and the staff were so welcoming and kind.
