Disliked: The rating was close to 5 star, but didn’t feel the luxury of the best of 4 star hotels it was very expensive for a 4 star hotel during the time of the conference, the price didn’t match the facilities

It was value for money....

Liked: Staff was very polite and helpful and room spacious. Very walkable and all sights were literally on our doorstep so far better than staying in the center. Location is key for this place. We went in July and it was near 42 degrees but we would return to chilled room all cleaned and ready for us by housekeeping.
Disliked: We had breakfast only once as I didnt think it was value for money - I am pescatarian and struggled to find Salmon as an option for breakfast. Coffee wasnt the greatest as better option were available near by such as Jesters. Breakfast could be more inclusive for people like myself including options of fish, avacado or better coffee rather than the one from the machine only which tasted more like hot chocolate.

Fab hotel and location

Liked: Fabulous hotel and location. The beds are heavenly
Disliked: We needed a late check out as we had a late flight. We were told that we could get a check out at 6pm but would have to pay €60 which was great. But on the day we were told the hotel was fully booked. We checked booking.com and the hotel website and it was not fully booked. This was a disappointing end to what was a lovely stay
