Liked: It was close to everything I needed and accessible to other locations
Disliked: The price was a bit steep but I get why.I also suggest not driving a personal vehicle.

Liked: All hotel staff were wonderful- very helpful, courteous, and accessible. Service was great.

Toilets backing up, fridge not...

Liked: Well placed.
Disliked: Our toilet backed up and flooded the floor with sewage water. This meant we had to move rooms. But they couldn’t keep us in the same room so we had to move the following night too. The 3rd night in 3rd room that toilet backed up. Phones in rooms dont work so couldn’t call to get attention and had to go down in PJs. The fridges in all 3 rooms didn’t work. The breakfast was pointless and poor.WiFi is slow. Despite all this hassle - the only thing the hotel staff did was say sorry. No compensation, not discount, not even a bottle to of something.

Liked: The location is superlative. There is easy access to the subway at 28th street, which makes public transportation an option. The hotel is well appointed with a friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
