Great little hotel with wonderful...

Liked: The hotel is very well-positioned and the staff are lovely - really helpful and friendly
Disliked: It was strange to find that the room didn’t have a bar fridge. So if you want to buy drinks you need to leave them in the fridge in the foyer - which is somewhat inconvenient

Great location, comfortable bed, affordable.

Liked: We liked the location - close to Subway stations and the lovely Madison Square Park. Our room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Although we could make a cup of tea and take it up to our room, it would have been nice to have a kettle to make one in our room. When on holiday, a cup of tea in bed is always a treat I look forward to.

Liked: The staff is very pleasant
Disliked: We had stayed previously many years ago and enjoyed the food and drink offerings they had throughout the day. Basically, coffee and water was all that was available. While they said soft drinks there were none and I was directed to the pizza place down the street. There were refrigerators in the rooms previously, they are now gone. There is no bar on premises to enjoy a glass a wine or cocktail. If you are looking for bananas or clementine and Cliff bars, this place is for you.
