Liked: Our room was beautifully decorated, if a little small, but we had a small balcony with French doors which was lovely. The location on Park Avenue was great as it was only a short walk to restaurants and the subway. A continental breakfast was included and there was access to a coffee machine, fruit and pastries all day.
Disliked: It was a little pricey but that's to be expected in New York.

Location is great, quick getaway...

Liked: I liked the size of the room, hotel staff were so accommodating, breakfast was great and hospitable.

Liked: The staff members were all attentive and friendly. The lobby/lounge was a great bonus. A comfortable place to enjoy the nice continental breakfast or to relax with a coffee in the afternoon. The hotel is well-appointed, and it’s in a great neighborhood. Very near Madison Square Park (great people watching) and handy to the subway. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

Liked: The location is fantastic. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really lovely with lots of options. Lastly, it was very nice to have tea/coffee available in the lobby with fruit and snacks.
Disliked: The room is a little dated. The biggest issue was the pull out sofa for the second bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable- especially for a 21 year old. The hotel did bring up a second mattress that helped. But having the pull out sofa in use made the room very difficult to move around in.

Would return!
