Liked: The staff was professional, polite and friendly. Thecview of the terrace was extraordinary! The facilities were neat and first class. We felt like VIPs.

Good location, noisy, and no...

Liked: Location
Disliked: If you stay on a weekend the noise from the local bars doesn't really stop until 2 or 3 AM. Also, if you need a late checkout they will charge you half a day. They did let me stay in the common area for the extra time I needed without hassle.

Liked: Very small room but OK for one night. Mattress is very hard. Great location

Disliked: It was not clean, The sheets and towels were old and with holes, only one elevator worked, it was awful

Disliked: Breakfast could be improved by providing fresh bread daily.

Loved our stay @ Hotel...

Liked: Wonderful location, delicious breakfasts at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The room was big, comfortable, with an excellent view and a spa tub. Will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The facilities could use some updating. There was an ironing board, but no iron. Laundry services are offered but you have to pay per item.

Disappointing

Liked: The sound proofing between rooms was good.
Disliked: Very noisy location. The windows did not block out constant traffic and loud street noise.Very tired facilities eg old towelsShower not great.This hotel is overrated.
