This small and intimate hotel is set in a quiet area of Florence but is just a short walk from all the sights. There are a number of pretty public parks nearby that you will stroll past on your way to the Duomo less than one km (half a mile) away. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at the Giglio Hotel. You can rely on them to arrange car rental and book museum tickets. They can also share expert local knowledge and great recommendations for the best places to eat and drink. The guest rooms feature wood or terracotta floors and all come with air conditioning and satellite TV. Your room rate includes a delicious Italian buffet breakfast available from 07:30 until 9:30. At reception you will find an internet point and fax service. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge. A kindness home away from...

Liked: Manuela, Marco and Roberto are kindness, warmhearted and patient. They gave every information which I needed about Florence, and helped me many times as well. Especially, they offered to help me to solve a rough issue with one hospital in Rome!

Liked: Small hotel run by a lovely couple who were very nice and helpful. The location is great, a 10-15 minute walk from many attractions. Our room was spacious and clean.

Beautiful hotel with very nice...

Liked: Hotel Giglio was lovely. The room (with three singles) was very spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and accompanying. Breakfast was perfect each morning before a full day of sightseeing. I highly recommend a stay here.

We chose the location as...

Liked: The owners, Marco and Manuela, are so nice and very helpful! The room was comfortable, the AC works very well and the location is very convenient in a quiet part of town but 10-15 minute walk to most attractions. Oh, and a great breakfast!
Disliked: Nothing
