Good value for money

Liked: Like this hotel so much. My friend and I travelled for vacation, it was in very nice place, cosy. Staff were so polite and nice especially Nikolas. Location was good, we mostly took Taxi to reach to center. Breakfast was delicious and proper. all in all I like this place. reasonable money value.
Disliked: Nothing was inside rooms, like nothing in the WC.

Great value

Liked: The hotel is a 10 min train ride from Stockholm Central and is in a quiet neighbourhood. There was a buffet breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The room was clean and tidy.
Disliked: We couldn't figure out how to use the ac and if there was a way for us to turn it on. There was seemingly no manual or remote control.

Liked: I gave a high rating to avoid affecting the hotel’s overall score, but I did not leave satisfied at all because of one persons behaviour — you can see the reason below.
Disliked: An employee named Rajid was incredibly rude not only to us but to everyone. On our second day, we went down for breakfast, unaware that we had to make a reservation day before, as no one had informed us beforehand. This person scolded us like children, telling us we had to make a reservation. As if that weren’t enough, after showing us to our table, he pointed to his watch and told us we had only 45 minutes and had to leave the table within that time. He continued to act rudely and harshly throughout the day. He treated every table the same way and does not fit the hotel’s environment at all. While the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, this one person tarnished the image of the entire hotel. After this experience, I will neither stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone. No family on vacation deserves to be treated this way.

Highly recommend the hotel, great...

Liked: The hotel and stuff were amazing. We also enjoyed fresh tasty breakfast. The room was extremely clean. Location very convenient.
Disliked: The only thing we did not quite like, was the bed. It was comfortable, but we booked a twin room and got one bed. The stuff told us we could separate mattresses and move them as we want, but it was not possible because of the night tables so we ended up sleeping in one bed. As father and daughter we did not like the solution that much.

Disliked: Rooms weren’t cleaned often and they don’t have tea/coffee in the rooms but advertise these facilities 24/7 in lounge area, but not kept topped up

Pleasant

Disliked: The room was too warm and had a smell.of perfume that was not possible to air our. Otherwise very stylish hotel with good service in the restaurant and excellent breakfast
