Good

Liked: Comfy bed, clean room, great location, lovely big windows that open up to the street below.
Disliked: Unfortunately our aircon didn't work at all during our stay. We bought it to a few different staff members' attention and were told various things, such as that an engineer was coming, but it wasn't fixed before we left. The lack of fridge in the room also meant that it was a very hot stay all round.

Liked: Great location, rooms are clean and modern. very good value for money.Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will certainly be returning.

A perfect location and lovely...

Liked: Location was brilliant, the staff couldn't do enough.
Disliked: The lift wasn't full accessible, it only allowed you to take suitcases halfway up the staircases. We had a lot of suitcases and a pram so it wasn't ideal. But the staff offered help every time.The carpet in our room smelled a bit stale.The breakfast was small with a limited selection and the scrambled eggs were a strange texture, like they were 'ready made' or from a packet.

Comfortable hotel close to Gare...

Liked: We had a train cancelled and had to hastily make overnight accommodation arrangements from Gare du Nord. Hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Paris was noisy due to a music festival and staff provided us with a quiet room with air conditioning. Gare du Nord easy walking distance, hotel also very close to Metro (Anvers) Room small but typical for Paris standards.
