Liked: The breakfast was good, hotel was located in a great place with easy access to Sacre Coeur, and the Metro at Anvers. The reception staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom was tiny, barely any room to get to sink or toilet- the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. The room itself was also not particularly generous in size. The air con didn’t work properly, so the rooms were quite warm, we received an email notifying us after we left and offering to cancel our room for free, a little late by then.

Great location

Liked: Great location, close to Gare du Nord, next to MontMartre, many great restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Room very clean, linen towers are renewed everyday.
Disliked: Complimentary water should be replenished everyday.

Liked: Comfy bed, clean room, great location, lovely big windows that open up to the street below.
Disliked: Unfortunately our aircon didn't work at all during our stay. We bought it to a few different staff members' attention and were told various things, such as that an engineer was coming, but it wasn't fixed before we left. The lack of fridge in the room also meant that it was a very hot stay all round.
