Inhuman hotel management

Liked: The hotel location is very good. Just near the sea.
Disliked: The hotel staff are really inhumane. I understand that the policy was to do a check in before 11 pm. Our car broke down on the way and we requested to allow us at 1 am. They did not listened and have done nothing to adjust. We infact called them multiple times and requested but they just cut the line and was not willing to listen at all. At the end we have to spend the whole night in our car outside.

An Italian Adventure

Liked: Fantastic location close to the train station and seafront. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good value for money.
Disliked: The facilities are limited but this isn't an issue if you plan to be out exploring rather than having a hotel based break.

Liked: Excellent hotel. Situated close to the sea and the promenade for walks. Light, clean room, good bed, comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom has a good shower cabin and all the plumbing. There is a refrigerator with drinks, a safe. No unpleasant smells either in the room or on the floor. Excellent Italian breakfast. Garage for cars. Friendly and welcoming staff. We were satisfied with everything.
Disliked: There is only one parking space for a car in front of the hotel entrance. And if it is occupied by someone, you have to suffer the inconvenience of parking to unload or load your luggage.
