hotel is great BEST lotion,...

Liked: Location was great except they closed off the street and the hotel did not provide any instructions for getting to the valet area. We ended up backing up through the alley to get our vehicle back to valet.
Disliked: See above Valet ParkingOn our last night we decided to have a nightcap in the upstairs lounge. The hostess said we could only sit at the bar since we did not have a reservation. There were many tables open and only about 45 ppl there, we were stumped. The waitress ended up moving us to a table. The hostess said "If the firemarshal comes we are in big trouble". Working for Four Seasons Hotels for 17 years and a meeting planner for the last 15 years, I can tell you this was very poorly handled, especially since she let in all "younger" people after us with no issues. She needs a lesson regarding equality.

Very good

Liked: Cute design. Clean and convenient location to restaurants and coffee shops.
Disliked: You could hear everything above, around and outside of the room. Rooms are small. Parking is $50+ dollars a day depending on the day.

Liked: Generally nice staff members Good local restaurants
Disliked: The bar on 6th floor was abysmally run…loud staff talking among themselves and ignoring customers. Repeatedly over 3 nights because I was one floor down and didn’t want to wander far. Abysmal!

One of the most beautiful...

Liked: The boutique hotel was gorgeous! There were on site restaurants and bars and the place was happening!! Loved the decor and interiors too!
Disliked: Valet parking costs a bit and the off site parking where the car is parked closes at 11 pm and doesn’t open until 7 in the morning. None or limited street parking due to road construction

Disliked: Was charged for late check-out even though we left before normal check out time. Called twice but was never refunded the fee.
