Liked: Property is in a good area.
Disliked: The customer service was horrible. They called my room saying I was being too loud when I had just walked in the room. They were harassing me telling me that I had guest up in my room. Yeah I did, but that’s the reason I got double beds. They weren’t staying with me they had their own room in that same hotel they went to my room to wait on me because I was scared. I came out of my room and a person from the lobby a male guy was outside my room. He did not know the door he was just standing there. This was very uncomfortable for me. I couldn’t even turn on my tv because apparently it was too loud. I wouldn’t stay here at all not even if it was a free stay. Definitely not worth it.

Liked: I love the hotel and the staff, the bathtub was plugged, they should change the chairs in the lobby or clean them, I have been returning to the hotel for years, it’s time to clean or change them.

It was fine.

Liked: It was located very close to where we were looking to sight see. When we woke up late, the cleaning lady came back later in the afternoon, which was nice of her.
Disliked: The room was a bit worn down, and it didn't feel particularly clean. I don't think this is the fault of the cleaning service, just that the hotel needs to replace some things because they're old. There was a mini fridge, but it was locked so we couldn't use it. There is a spa, although we didn't use it, but no pool.

Liked: The people were so kind, especially the concierge, Ariel. He went above and beyond for our family of 16 people. He booked rides to the wedding and many other tours. Thank you Ariel. You made our stay fantastic.
Disliked: The bathroom was small but not all rooms were like that.

Liked: Very interesting hotel, full of history, beautiful rooms. You could walk around just admiring the building. Front staff was excellent, very helpful and fast.Bedroom was comfortable, and the beds were amazing.The location was good, restaurants and bars are walking distance
Disliked: We got rooms that were right above the street, and because of the location the loud music from the bars was a serious problem since the windows are not sound proof. The second night a motorcycle parked on the street had an alarm that no one shut down until after about 4 hours. Ear plugs are necessary.Staff from the breakfast room inside was not as friendly as the front staff, and the service was very slow.
