Disliked: Staff was not pleasant at all. No help getting luggage in, not greaters. They didn't even clean the room, nor the bathroom. They just pour the left over coffee in the sink and didn't care to wash it out

Liked: Location, easy access to the different neighborhoods we planned to visit, very nice people working in the Geneve hôtel always ready to help us, the food at the restaurant is excellent quality, the service perfect, the room was quiet and comfortable
Disliked: shampoo/conditioner could be better

A most comfortable hotel with...

Liked: I like the 1920s feel of the hotel lobby and dining area. My parents honeymooned here in 1936. I have stayed here four times
Disliked: Street noise around 3am.

Hotel is in the heart...

Liked: It’s history, it’s a museum and the rooms are cozy and very clean.
Disliked: Nothing, my experience was great!
