Disappointed, major security concerns!

Liked: Good location, room size, buffet breakfast is decent
Disliked: Unfortunately, during our stay, my friend’s bag was stolen at breakfast. She had briefly left it at our table to get her food, and it was gone within minutes. Shockingly, the hotel’s CCTV cameras were non-functional, and although the staff expressed concern, they were unable to provide meaningful assistance or support in locating the missing bag.We were extremely disappointed by the lack of urgency and accountability in handling the situation. For a four-star property, this level of security and response is simply unacceptable. It’s deeply concerning that a guest’s belongings can be stolen in such a setting with no clear recourse or responsibility taken.
