It is my first choice..and...

Liked: As usual.. very comfy classical architecture.. this us my first 2nd stay. In a quite place that will make your stay very relaxing… balcony was wow.. I sat in the balcony for an hour daily.. very meditating quality …time It was my first choice..and will be always.Restaurant had a Michelin stars, and food was delicate and sophisticated.
Disliked: Accommodation, balcony of the suite, very well kept and the staff were very very sweet

Great hotel and restaurant near...

Liked: Superb hotel in Austrian style with traditional decorations. Nice pool/sauna/hammam zone. Very good restaurant for dinner with very professional and friendly service. Great breakfast. Easy access to Salzburg by bus.
Disliked: You are charged the cover charge at the restaurant of 5eur per person, even for 3-year old child (!) , did not see it in any other restaurant in Austria. Also, I understand it’s more profitable to charge for tea/coffee at the bar, but having tea/coffee amenities in the room would be more customer friendly.

Liked: Staff are very nice and wonderful people, the style of the house is vintage and warm makes you feel like home
Disliked: It’s not that clean , and you can smell the cooking of the kitchen inside your room , bathroom stuff are old

Beautiful hotel close to a...

Liked: Beautiful Austrian hotel rooms. Spa and pool excellent restaurant
Disliked: Hotel beside a busy motorway bus or 22 euro taxi ride into beautiful Salzburg, too far away. A lot of luxury accommodation being built around the grounds of the hotel with an ugly Crain in the view of mountains which are blocked by all the new housing. Such a tragedy ,so sad it would have been a magnificent place in its day .

Nice place but needs to...

Liked: The reason I chose the property was the amazing restaurant and location close to Salzburg Arena. However I received an emaion2 days before arrival that the restaurant was closed
Disliked: The room was alright but there was only one small blanket and one pillow. For such a high price even as a solo traveller they could fulfill higher standards.The breakfast was very average

Older hotel with a nice...

Liked: The hotel is older and definitely in need of renovation, especially the room furnishings, which were quite outdated. However, everything was functional and clean, and the staff was very friendly. There is a nice indoor pool available all day.
Disliked: The hotel has its own restaurant, with very good food, though the prices are quite high. The hotel facilities are old.
