Liked: I have stayed once earlier; I liked the overall service but during the second visit the room provided was not good and wasn't cleaned properly.
Disliked: I was provided with a very tiny corner room that hadn’t been properly cleaned—there was hair all over the washroom floor.

Perfect hotel for the Barcelona...

Liked: Location excellent. Staff very helpful.Recommendations for local restaurants and advice for safe experience was great. Ordered a taxi for our return trip to the art port in the early hours. Very reliable and reception manned 24/7 for help and support. Sauna booked for an hour. Exclusive use. Towels provided for this.
Disliked: Window had no view but it did open. Beds very clean and fresh - mattress firm.Sauna wasn’t really hot, but it was clean and quiet.

Excelent

Liked: The room was excellent for the price range. I was really surprised that it had such a spacious bathroom. I was also very pleasantly surprised that there was a small kettle in it. The location is great. Very close to the metro and half an hour walk to the Stadio Olympico. I can only describe the breakfast in one word - excellent. Very tasty and well prepared buffet. I have to mention the great service. They are super helpful and nice, especially Eduardo and IIyan, but the other guys are great too. I can't say anything negative about my stay. Great hotel, service and location.
