Disliked: No A/C! In 2025!!!! And parking is difficult to get in and get out. Hotel needs to reconsider the process of how to get in and out for customers. Can't stand with no A/C in the summer

A sweet hotel in the...

Liked: The staff were all friendly,helpful and efficient in this lovely little hotel in the heart of Bordeax. The breakfast held enough variety for everyone's taste and was well presented.
Disliked: This hotel is not air-conditioned, so should be avoided in the very hot months.

Liked: Very central. Very helpful staff. 24 hr access. Reduced parking ratesTv in room and lounge. Great continental breakfast with quiche and boiled eggsVery comfortable bed and nice shower
Disliked: It was a very hot day(40 degrees plus and the two fans were slightly noisyDiscounted parking required a qr code(a bit complicated!

Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: The location was perfect. Close to bars and restaurants. Sightseeing bus stop was 3 minute walk away. Car park was 7 minute walk away. room was good. breakfast was good. Staff were excellent. Don't be put off by its 2 star rating.
Disliked: A three quarter bed over a single.

Great little boutique Hôtel located...

Liked: Great location in main shopping district. Kettle in room with some amenities.
Disliked: Stairs to room. Noisy garbage trucks morning and night. Fan noisy and only low speed.

Good value in a convenient...

Liked: A decent breakfast with some interesting non-standard items on offer; less than 100 metres from tram route B, which has easy connections to public transport to the railway station and airport; also a short walk to the riverside and to many options for food and other refreshment.The friendliness and efficiency of the staff is also worthy of note.
Disliked: There was a very slight incidence of mould in the shower cubicle — not enough to be a concern to me, but might be to people with some allergies or other conditions.
