Liked: The staff were very helpful and charming. The location was perfect for our needs.The breakfast was enjoyable with a lovely staff person in the dining area.
Disliked: It is an old hotel, so difficult to address the up and down stairs and no lift all the way to our room.One of the staff members carried our bags upstairs. Difficult to keep the water in the shower!

Very convenient Hotel for a...

Liked: Excellent location in the middle of a pedestrian shopping street. The hotel was perfect for catching the tram around the city center and near the Cathedral. The breakfast was really nice and the beds very comfortable. Very grateful to be able to leave our bags at the hotel before check in.
