Disliked: Zero customer service. Tried to change my dates via Booking and by messaging the hotel directly, haven’t received any reply. Asked for a quiet room to avoid the tram noise at night, got a room on a corner of the main road meaning I got the tram noise as well as the noise from the three pubs/bars downstairs. The bathroom was not very clean, dark hair in the bed. Was supposed to be a double bed, as usual in Prague it was two singles pushed together but on a tile floor it’s the worst idea as almost ended up on the floor in between. The TV has a bizarre selection of like 10 channels, none of them watchable. No Czech channels. The breakfast was okay but the staff were stone faced and wouldn’t even say good morning. I have stayed here before but safe to say this was the last time. There are way better 3* hotels just around the corner.

Good base for the city

Liked: Breakfast was varied and good, coffee was good and hot. The room, although on the front was very quiet and the bathroom was good. The shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water. A safe was provided as well which was really useful. Although just outside the historical area, it was easy to get to see these areas as they were within walking distance. Tram stops were very close by. Good restaurants and bars on the street and plenty of supermarkets nearby too.
Disliked: I struggled to get comfortable with the pillows provided, although I'm fussy anyway. They tried hard though by providing a couple of different sized pillows. The room was rather warm at night. There wasn't much I didn't like really.
