Liked: NOTHING!!! WILL NO RETURN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible choice no facilities in my room ie kettle not even a English channel on TV shower rubbish didn't change my sheets SPA hotel where SPA normally consist of massage sauna pool NOTHING!!! Staff are the most miserable people I have ever seen NOT one say good morning or how are you don't even speak to you and when I did try speaking with them just got 1 word replies yes or no WILL DEFINITELY NO BE RETURNING OR RECOMMENDING

Liked: Room was clean and nice. Food in restaurant was incredible good and the staff lovely,breakfast was also good.
Disliked: Spa was disappointing,small and the receptionist from spa was rude. She told us that the spa was full even it wasn’t and she let us stayed only 30 min. I chose this hotel for spa and wellness and didn’t get the spa. Massage? No chance! It was full.

Liked: Breakfast and spa were amazing loved the personal touches, but a stand out was the staff in particular Mieczyskawa and Miecia who helped us with transfers and even packed us a takeaway breakfast since we had to miss our breakfast. We will talk about this to others!
Disliked: Nothing.
