Superb

This hotel needs a freshen...

Liked: Very central and easy to walk to places in the old town
Disliked: Towels were very old. Shower didn’t properly work (calc impeding the water stream). The bedding was also very old. The “complimentary” breakfast is just a cup of coffee, a piece of fruit and a dry pastry. The bedroom smelled very strong like naphthaline. It was to cover up for the pipe smell which we noticed later.

Nice hotel at the city...

Liked: The location is right at the city center. It is perfect to get to any place in the city fairly quickly. It is in a safe neighbourhood with tons of food options around. Rooms are simple, yet effective.
Disliked: I did not pay at Booking but wrote here I planned to arrive at 5 pm. The day I planned to arrive they called me saying that I had to arrive before 3 pm or I risked losing the room I reserved. I had to make great efforts and change some plans to make it. I felt it was unreasonable since they allowed me to say in the webpage I'd be there at 5 pm. It was a missunderstanding, and they were kind to me, but maybe it is something to take into consideration.

The room is not like...

Liked: The lactation is excelent just two from the city center and front of a convenient shop.
Disliked: Just the lacation.

Liked: Everything was super
Disliked: For some reason there was not hot water in shower

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: The room had a bad odor. Or it can just be the fabreeze we didn’t like.

Good

Liked: The location is amazing! And the rooftop has some of the best views in the city
Disliked: The bed and blanket were extremely uncomfortable. It’s a very hard mattress and they only give you a sheet for a blanket. There were also no windows which made the roof stuffy. The worst was the noise at night. Because of the way the building is constructed, you can hear everything in the building very loudly and everyone can hear you. Even a simple conversation across the building will be echoed. We consistently were awoken at night by the noise.

Passable

Liked: The historic entry courtyard was very nice and the location was excellent, very central.
Disliked: I wouldn't call a small croissant and coffee, breakfast. It doesn't compare to other places we have stayed.Also they wouldn't accommodate us for an early departure breakfast.Our room overlooking the street was noisy with traffic sounds. We asked to move our room to an interior location, which was much better.

Poor

Liked: is close to the downtown?
Disliked: I didn't have hot water to shower. The continental breakfast, it is the smallest I have ever seen. I've been to many countries. Never see nothing like that. a coffee. Tiny piece of fruit in a miniature sweetbread. That's what they call continental breakfast
