Disliked: We were told our room was secured for another night to return and find someone else in our room and all our belongings bagged up in a storage closet. They did not contact us about this. Noisy a/c unit. Felt cheap for the price.

A very good option for...

Liked: The hotel is very centrally located, with easy access to all types of public transport. My room was clean. Given the price and the quality of the room, it is one of the best choices for those looking for a budget stay in San Francisco.
Disliked: I wish the room had been bigger; it felt like everything was on top of everything else, making it especially hard to manage the luggage. My room faced the back of the hotel, where the AC units and other equipment are located, so it naturally felt a bit darker than what would be acceptable.

Disliked: Disappointed!!! Told Front Desk upon check in that already paid in full but they still blocked my credit card full amount plus $100 deposit. Got my card blocked for nothing and still haven’t got the money back to my card.
