A great Udine experience!

Liked: The hotel is 5min walk from the city centre, easy access from the main road, large parking in front and in the back of the hotel. The room was spacious and had everything you need, including a small fridge. The bed was comfortable and you get a 2 set of pillows which and I can finally say that the pillows were excellent! The breakfast was included in the price.
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn’t working in the room for some reason. While the breakfast was included in the price, it lacked variety. There were no vegetables, salad choices, more meat and cheese specialties. Coffee had to be ordered separately, it was no self-serve. The elevators were a bit small and slow.

Liked: The room was amazing, and it had a nice view of the road and the city center. The breakfast had a lot of options, and the staff there were very helpful. The reception was also kind and helpful. Worth another stay there!
Disliked: The room key had a very heavy key ring. It was difficult to carry it with me when I was out for a walk. This is the only negative comment for this place.
