Could not have been better

Liked: This was my second stay at this truly excellent hotel. Everything is as it should be: the bedroom was large and very comfortable - including, most importantly, the large bed - and had absolutely everything that you need. In fact, the entire hotel has been intelligently thought through in every detail by Jörg, the owner, who, with the ever-helpful Nadine, are very friendly hosts. The hotel is clean, comfortable and attractive - and only a few minutes walk from Rheine railway station. And I must not forget the terrific breakfast! Behind the hotel is the beautiful, old Marktplatz, a very convenient place to eat and drink, as well as admire the thoughtfully preserved historic buildings.So…full marks from this Scotsman who lives in Holland! I’ll be back!

Touring and visiting friends in...

Liked: The owner and staff were brilliant, extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside is the parking as the hotel is in a pedestrian area, but parking is just a short walk. If you want a good breakfast this is the place to stay.

Liked: Excellent Location – Convenient and close to everything you need.Clean and Comfortable Room – A well-maintained space that makes your stay pleasant.
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved – You would have liked more hot food options, such as sausages.Bed sheets were different from what you’re used to – This made it a bit less comfortable.Pillows were too soft – You prefer firmer pillows for better support.
