Hotel closed?

Disliked: I had announced my arrival for 9 - 10 pm. When I arrived at 10 pm, the lights were switched off in the entire hotel except for one room and the stairwell, the doors were locked and no one answered my doorbell. There were some letters on the floor behind the door, as I could see through the glass. The telephone number is listed by the telephone company as not taken. It gives the impression that the hotel is no longer in operation. I hope I get my payment back.

Locked out want money back

Liked: Doors locked and 10 people waiting with us and all turned away, so far we all where stood from requesting money back had to travel 30 minutes to hotel just as bad to get 4 hours of sleep and hetthe hell out oof that country

Liked: Location wasd excellent for access to both the exhibition venue and the city centre

Disliked: bit noisy at times during night, 10-15minute walk to metro station

Liked: The location, within a short 10 minute-walk of the Simonis Metro Station and the budget price of the room
