Liked: Our room was nice, modern, clean and the bed was very comfortable.Was looking forward to having rooftop pool but unfortunately it rained or was cool and cloudy our entire stay.
Disliked: I was excited to stay at this hotel, only to be disappointed in the first 15 minutes after going to the pool bar for drinks with friends. Waited over 20 minutes and it was not busy, and then got a $20 glass of wine that was maybe 3-4 ounces at best. Service in the restaurant was no better. Long wait, incorrect drinks brought, food not good. Ate breakfast first morning and had the most greasy and bland omelette for almost $20 that came with nothing (no toast, hash browns, greens etc). Staff in general were not friendly or welcoming except one male bartender in lobby. Overall very disappointed. Won't be staying here or recommending.

Liked: The location and cleanliness. Love the vibes and the rooftop and dog friendliness.
Disliked: Unfortunately the rooftop was closed for an event most of the one night we stayed (7-10pm).We went up after checking in around 5:15pm hoping to grab a drink and early dinner but they informed us the kitchen was closed. We got a drink but as far as food goes, they didn’t say much. only suggestion given was to eat in the restaurant downstairs and we said our dog would not be allowed there. The girl at the bar shrugged and walked away.

Fab hotel

Liked: Lovely Hotel very clean and modern the pool area was lovely the gym was handy and the room was so comfy we loved it. Location was good too right by midtown and just a 25 min walk to downtown!
Disliked: Stock up the coffee more when you replenish the tray in the rooms we are big coffee drinkers and every morning we had to go to reception to get more as 1 each wasn’t enough

Love this place

Liked: This hotel was very classy and very clean. We really enjoyed the modern room design, the bathrobes and high end amenities including a mini fridge, small safe, personal Keurig, hair dryer and replenished toiletries. We ordered room service that was not only quick service, but tasted amazing. Plus, the view of the city was stunning from the floor to ceiling windows.
Disliked: I was disappointed to find that I was charged $50 a day to park in the mandatory valet garage. I feel that at $300 a night, parking should be included.
