Great experience in the heart...

Liked: Very beautiful building, formerly a bank with lots of history. We were guided around by the receptionist, where she showed us the old banking meet8ng rooms and the vaults in the basement.

Embraced by luxury and history

Liked: The location is exceptional, although it's about a 20-minute walk from the train station, as public transportation (tram) no longer stops near the hotel. Loved the Clarins amenities and the rainshower. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the Wi-Fi for work is excellent. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The fact that the hotel was once a bank and still retains its original bank vaults in the basement is a nice touch.

Elegant hotel with great breakfast

Liked: Characterful hotel in the heart of Antwerp. The hotel previously was a bank and a lot of the bank interior is incorporated in the design. Great breakfast.
Disliked: The room was rather small and overlooked a courtyard and seemed to smell of frying fat which was unpleasant

Lovely hotel in great location.

Liked: Location and staff were fantastic and very attentive to detail.
Disliked: Our room was great albeit:-1. The WC is in a separate cubicle off the lobby. That was great but it didn’t have a basin meaning you had to go the the bathroom to wash your hands. 2. There was a dead insect on the bathroom floor and that stayed with us the full trip. 3. Bedroom walls could do with a touch up - looked like a child had written on the walls next to the curtains. 4. No plug socket next to the desk. No real issues but something to think about perhaps….
