Lovely hotel.

Liked: Stylish hotel, comfortable room, friendly staff.

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing location, just off from the main square, with a stunning building (an old bank). Very comfy room, great shower, just perfect. Staff were helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for any more.

Comfortable and unique stay

Liked: Nice atmosphere across the hotel, beautiful design and excellent breakfast. Rooms were comfortable. Especially appreciate the good shower. The personal "tour" through the hotel with historic explanation was a nice touch.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit small, but not a real issue. Check-in and check-out could be faster.

Dissapointed.

Liked: The building is stunning, great location and very clean.
Disliked: Be aware of extra hidden charges if you break a glass of water. I am shocked I got charged 30 euros due to accidentally dropping a glass of water next to my bed. Never have I ever had to pay for accidental damage of a glass of water in any hotel I've been to, and I travel weekly... This should be covered by the insurance of the hotel. At the other hand it comes across extremely cheap for a hotel to charge for 1 accidental broken glass.The double bed which was requested were 2 single beds and 2 single mattesses put together, this caused the mattesses to seperate during the night and causing an uncomfortable gap inbetween.Won't come again because of the reason above.
