Enjoyable stay

Liked: Room was good , nice shower and comfortable bed
Disliked: Requires better exterior signage to find Hotel. Luckily I was arriving in the evening otherwise a 5pm check-in is late and would have booked another location. Room had a wardrobe but leaned and had to be kept locked. Sink was too shallow and the shower had no soap dish.

Liked: The location is perfect, very close to the city center and the tram. The room and the bathroom are very clean. The bed was super comfortable.

Disliked: Hard mattress. Breakfast lacks inspiration. Poor cappuccino. Toilet separated but nevertheless in the bathroom.

Liked: excellent location, the roo. eas quite dated and small but the bed was very comfortable and the linen was good. Isabella at reception was fantastic, very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: getting the suitcase up the stairs.
