Disappointing

Disliked: The hotel has very nice location. The building the rooms the AC the walls the baths needs renovation During February the AC can not warm the room.

Liked: Staff all super stars
Disliked: Breakfast all time not changing and to much salt why I don’t know? Some customer got blood pressure and other problem please don’t use salt am 3 days stay in the hotel no chicken just egg and bacon

Really disappointing.would not recommend

Liked: Hot water, short walk to exhibition halls.
Disliked: Booked because it was close to Messe Frankfurt, and because they advertised dinner and room service. Neither food options were available. Wifi continually dropped out. Pillows poor. One plug socket by bed broken. Room was noisy, bedroom floors are not carpeted, and you can hear furniture being dragged from above. Breakfast was terrible, dirty tables, none laid up. No cutlery available, hardly any food left, and nothing being replenished. Only two staff working?
