Good stay

Liked: Great breakfast Good location

Really big rooms! and comfey...

Liked: The space of the room was incredible in size, clean and well presented in a fun contempory manner. The bathroom was huge and I had the surprise of having two enormous showers with my setup, the hotel overall was reasonably clean with good facilities, and felt new fresh with its decor. The service was fantastic.
Disliked: The room was a bit warm no matter the time of day or night, but thankfully they provided a fan that i could set up by the bed so i was able to cope with the temperature. I felt that with the breakfast request slip it would have been helpful to include that a vegetarian option was available wich it was, but wasn't specified with things such as the cooked breakfast wich made me hesitant at first.

Liked: Lovely hotel, just ideal for us to stay to go to our daughters wedding venue. We ate in the restaurant, I'm gf and a lovely lady went through the menu for what I could have also same for breakfast. Just a note it would help a lot of people who are gf intolerant/coeliac if it was indicated on the menus. You may find a lot of people not asking, so you might lose customers

Liked: Good location. Nice modern room
Disliked: Curtains in the room were inadequate to exclude the street lighting.The breakfasts were limited and somewhat stingy.

Liked: The staff were brilliant and the bed was comfortable and room clean. That is where the good comments end.Room, stilingly hot and window did not open despite instructions. Should be better lighting in mirror area of room.Silly forms to ask to top up things in room such as tea coffee, bicuits, shampoo, towels etc. Can the housekeeping just do this automatically?Tv did not work at all(no instructions)l even though it was reported, nothing done about it. Why have to pre order breakfast when breakfast room open to public till 11. Why breakfast times limited even though open to public??
